When We Start
We begin serving your family as soon as payment is received. Services are customized for your family and cannot be transferred to others.
Service Validity
Please use your services within six (6) months of the invoice date.
Refunds
We offer refunds within the first 7 days of service. A fee of ₦30,000 applies to cover our initial work during that week.
Tax Information
By law, 7.5% VAT is included in your invoice total.
If you have a tax-exempt waiver: Please share it with us. If you’re a company with withholding tax obligations: Please provide proof of payment within 30 business days.
